DS News — WordPress Theme
DS News is a fast, modern WordPress news and magazine theme built for publishers, editorial websites and content-heavy websites.
What is included
- A full-site-editing (block theme) design — header, footer and every template are fully editable in the WordPress Site Editor.
- A breaking-news ticker, trending-topics bar, and category-driven homepage sections.
- A "most read" list and a social share bar.
- RTL-first design with complete Arabic translation.
- Optional football/match modules (scores, upcoming matches, predictions) — off by default.
- A newsletter sign-up block connected to your provider's own form URL.
- A guided setup checklist and a dedicated "DS News" admin screen for branding, content, social and integration settings.
Licensing and updates
DS News is a one-time purchase — not a subscription — for a 1-site license, delivered as a digital download. Current version: 2.0.0. An active license unlocks licensed automatic updates and support. The theme works fully without an active license — a missing or expired license only pauses updates, premium patterns and support; it never disables your live website.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.6 or newer (tested up to 6.9).
- PHP 8.0 or newer.
